This is a fine book suitable for contemplation by the unbeliever as well as a refresher for the Christian dealing with the unbeliever. It is well written, understandable, and full of interesting stories and quotes (although I wished he had gone a little lighter on Shakespeare and Spurgeon). Begg attempts to engage the mind of the unsaved in the details of the gospel message. I believe he accomplishes his goal very well. What Angels Wish They Knew does not unnecessarily offend, but neither does it pull any punches when expressing the “Good News.”
I would recommend this book for the seeking unbeliever or as a text for an evangelistic Bible study.
